Why INEX

Not wellness. Not a gym. Workplace performance.

There is a gap between programs that are pleasant but forgettable and programs that feel like a gym was dropped into an office. INEX was built to occupy the space between them on purpose.

The middle ground

Two familiar approaches. One gap between them.

Generic workplace wellness

Often passive and easy to ignore. It gets announced, it gets a landing page, and it stays disconnected from how people actually perform at work.

Transplanted fitness programming

A gym concept moved into an office. It works well for the employees who were already going to train, and it quietly excludes everyone else.

INEX

A managed workplace performance engagement built around activation, repeat participation and consistency, delivered by a coach who owns the floor.

What we stand on

The difference is the human system.

  • People first. The coach is the product. The facility is the context.
  • Performance minded. Concerned with how people feel and function at work, not only with exercise.
  • Built for real workplaces. Designed around the working day, the space you have and the constraints you actually operate under.
  • Engaging and experiential. Participation happens on the floor, in person, with someone who is paying attention.
  • Practical application. Employees leave with something they can use, not something they have to decode.
  • Professional delivery. Workplace-appropriate in tone, language and conduct, every session.
  • Actively managed. The engagement is run, measured and adjusted rather than installed and left alone.

The facility creates access. The INEX system is what turns that access into participation.

Built to prove itself

Evidence guides what happens next.

INEX begins by understanding the workplace and establishing the starting point, then measures what changes during the 90-Day Pilot.

Every engagement starts by understanding the workplace, assessing the opportunity and prescribing what we believe will work. During the 90-Day Pilot, INEX measures participation, repeat engagement, consistency and employee experience while actively adjusting the engagement based on what we learn.

At Day 90, we look at what changed, what we learned and what should happen next.

We diagnose carefully, deliver intentionally and let the evidence guide the next recommendation.

A note for HR and People leaders

INEX measures programs, not people.

Reporting is aggregated and focused on participation, repeat engagement, consistency, programming performance and employee experience. The model does not rely on employee medical information.

Employees should experience INEX as a resource that supports them. Protecting that trust matters to the program and to the people taking part.

The fastest way to find out whether INEX fits your organization is a straightforward conversation about what you already have, how it is being used and what you want to improve.
