No shame. Ever.
No humiliation, no body shaming, no guilt-based reactivation, no public weigh-ins, no punishment workouts, no fitness elitism.
About
INEX exists because of the distance between those two things, and because closing it takes people rather than more equipment.

Why INEX exists
Yet most workplace initiatives keep employee wellbeing and actual performance in separate boxes. Wellbeing becomes a benefit line, performance becomes a management conversation, and the two rarely meet in the same room.
INEX was built on the belief that they belong together. One of the clearest places to put that belief into practice is the fitness resource an employer has already invested in.
What often makes the difference is the human layer around that resource. Someone on the floor can make walking in easier, give employees a reason to return and actively manage the experience.
Better people. Better performance. Better organizations.
What we believe
No humiliation, no body shaming, no guilt-based reactivation, no public weigh-ins, no punishment workouts, no fitness elitism.
Know the people on the floor, notice what is happening with them, and coach proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
Employees should be able to take part regardless of their starting confidence or experience. We've got you from here.
We measure programs, not people, and we keep reporting grounded in what actually happened.
Founder
Founder, INEX Workplace Performance
INEX started with a pattern Denard kept seeing firsthand inside corporate wellness environments. Employers had invested in genuinely good fitness facilities, yet many of those facilities were underused.
The equipment was there. The access was there. The engagement was not. What was missing was the human layer around the resource, the relationships, the confidence, the reason to come back, and someone actively managing the whole thing rather than assuming availability would be enough.
That became the opportunity INEX was built around. His background spans human performance and fitness, coaching, sales, management, team leadership and entrepreneurship. That mix shapes a company focused on meeting employees where they are and giving employers a clear view of what is happening.

INEX is based in Maryland and works with organizations across Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia, in the wider DMV and Mid-Atlantic region.
If any of this sounds like the situation in your building, we should talk.
