Activation
Reaching employees who have access today but are not using it, then giving them a low-friction first step that feels manageable.
For employers
Most employers who invest in a fitness resource end up with the same result. They have a well-equipped space, but only a small, self-selecting group actually uses it. INEX exists to change the second half of that sentence.

The business context
A launch event fills a room. A poster fills a room. Neither one tells you whether the benefit is working, because getting someone through the door once is the easy part.
What determines whether a fitness resource earns its place is whether people come back, and whether the people coming back are the ones who were not participating before.
That is a human problem. It takes someone on the floor who knows employees by name, notices when a new face looks unsure, notices when a regular disappears and responds to both.
Getting someone through the door once is marketing. Getting them back is product.
What an engagement addresses
Reaching employees who have access today but are not using it, then giving them a low-friction first step that feels manageable.
Turning a first visit into a second and a third, through relationship, recognition and a clear next action rather than reminders and guilt.
Practical, workplace-appropriate movement that fits inside real schedules and real constraints.
Supporting how people feel across a working day through mobility, recovery and appropriate training.
Coaching that leaves employees with something they can apply, rather than information they have to interpret alone.
Shared, accessible group experiences that give people a reason to show up together.
Designed for real workplaces
Every workplace is different. INEX begins by understanding your facility, workforce, current utilization and what you are trying to change.
From there, we prescribe the right combination of coached coverage, programming and activation for your environment, then optimize it as participation data and employee experience reveal what works.

What employers can expect
INEX reports on reach, activation, engagement and consistency. One of the most important early measures is Activated Repeat Participants. These are employees who were not participating before, begin using INEX and then come back.
Total visits only tell part of the story. We use credible baseline data when it exists. When it does not, we establish an INEX baseline so the reporting stays grounded in what we can actually measure.
INEX measures programs, not people. Reporting is aggregated and focused on engagement and experience. It is not employee medical information and it is not a surveillance tool.
How to think about return
More meaningful use of a facility investment you have already made.
More employees participating, and participating repeatedly.
A fitness benefit that becomes more accessible, better supported and more valuable to the people it was bought for.
An actively managed and optimized engagement instead of a resource left to run passively.
We stay disciplined about what we measure and what we claim. INEX reports the outcomes the engagement can genuinely influence, without overstating the evidence.
Fit
If you are unsure whether the model fits your workplace, that is exactly what the first conversation is for.
A first conversation covers your organization, your workforce and the fitness resource you already have.
